Positive Airflow Furnace

Am looking at a new furnace. No need to retro.

What I would really like is a unit that has a very small secondary burner, that would preheat fresh air being forced into the house without the need to kick in the entire furnace.

This would allow a positive pressure. Any airleaks would see warm air pushed out rather than cold air pulled in. Kitchen and bathroom vents could then serve as stale air exhaust without pulling cold air into the house. Also should pretty much eliminate smoke getting into the room when opening the door on the fireplace.

The concept is similar to heat air exchange except that those units pull fresh air in as stale air is forced out.

Any ideas. Unfortunately we really only have a couple of furnace guys locally, the one promises to phone back later and never does. The other is incapable of thinking outside the box.
