Some Pages template issues

In Pages 5.2.2:



1. How do I delete existing unwanted templates?



2. How do I rename existing templates?



3. In the User Library/Application Support all my apps have folders, EXCEPT iWORK, PAGES, NUMBERS, KEYNOTE.
