Anyone remember what this is?

My memory ain't what it used to be, and I've never used this item.
I checked out Griffin's web page to see if they had any legacy products listed, but couldn't find this item.
Anyone have a good description? It has a spring loaded switch on the right side, and a mini USB port on the bottom...
