please do it both ways.
just paste the full link / weblink
and if you must use the dated flash based hyperlinking of this forum go ahead..
note that most of us use safari as well no flash installed in our systems.
so we see a broken link asking to install flash..

this is what i see : ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.
