can't see apps for ios in APP Store

I'm looking for a teleprompter app that the developer says is available at the app store but when I put the name in, it doesn't come up. The name is:

PromptSmart Lite Teleprompter

The paid one isn't showing up either: PromptSmart Pro - Teleprompter

Is it because it's US site:

Any ideas?
