** Urgent Help with FINAL CUT PRO **

hey folks, I'm kind of in a jam. I am a new user to Final Cut. I had iPhone video that I imported to Final Cut.
I used the HDR feature and dragged that effect over my clip. The thing is, to convert to HDR REC 709 SDR
that feature is missing from my inspector. I've used it before, but I don't know what happened. Im running
on the assumption its just hidden, but I don't have the foggiest clue where.

Right now it reads

1920x1080 Stereo 44.1kHz
Rec. 2020 HLG

and its all greyed out. Even...

Just updated this evening to WatchOS 10. It then kept asking me for passcode and appeared as though it was on charge. Tried getting it out of charge mode (when it was on my wrist!). Finally decided to erase all content and start over. Repaired fine to iPhone but is still in "false" charge mode and it won't start actually charging when put on charger.
