Can't receive calls (iOS7 Beta)

I'm running the latest build of iOS 7 (Beta 3 if I'm not mistaken) and i'm running into a HUGE bug. Anytime I get an incoming call my phone won't ring, but the screen lights up saying someone calling. If i answer the call it doubles the number calling, putting one on hold and then after 5 seconds it hangs up. I've reset, looked through setting and have no idea how to fix this? Anyone having this issue or know a different remedy i've yet to try? :(
