Diskmaker X failing

Hi. I'm trying to create a Mavericks bootable USB drive and it continually fails with the following message:



The copy of the installer app failed.



I am using Terminal createinstallmedia method. I tried 3 separate USB drives and it fails each time. Any ideas?
