Creating New Folder on my iPad 2 Air

Just got my iPad 2 Air 3 days ago. I want to create a new file folders to store videos. I am not familiar with this tablet's method of creating file folders. With my iMac it is very simple.



Virtually nothing came with the iPad in its box. How do you do it?
