E-Mail Not Working

I have 2 Rogers e-mail accounts, that I'm unable to access on my Mac.
On my iPhone & iPad I can access these accounts.

I have gone into my keychain to see the passwords & still get the error msg. unable to verify account name or password.

My OS is 10.12.3
Mail is 10.2 (3259)
