iPad update coming in March?

Hi all, anyone know if there will be an iPad update coming soon? My wife and I are looking to update from an iPad2 (mine) and an iPad mini (hers). I want a faster iPad and she wants a bigger screen. I was thinking of an iPad Air2 for her and and iPad pro 9.7 or maybe a 12" for me.

Any comments on the rumour or suggestions on the update would be welcome.
