Create email alias in iOS 11?

I've successfully set up an email alias using my native Mac Mail app, but now I need to do the same on my iPhone. All the tutorials I'm finding are for older iOS and their instructions aren't congruous.

Is anyone able to help me get an alias set up please? Thanks!
