Firefox Upgrade - pre-populated passwords disappeared

I just upgraded to version 59.0.2 of Firefox from the previous Quantum version and all my pre-populated passwords vanished.

What a pain!

Where can I put in a bug report?
Looked through the FF page but could not find an obvious link
