Hey all, total newbie to macs here. I am here asking for your help. I am looking at two different systems, but am not sure which is the better one to go with. I am using it for office and some gaming (mainly starcraft 2). The systems I can get are the following
2011 Macbook Air
1.6ghz i5 processor
2gb RAM
64gb SSD
Intel HD Graphics 3000 288MB
OR
2010 Macbook Pro
2.26ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
4gb RAM
250gb HDD
NVIDIA 9400M
I am trying to figure out which one is the faster, better option. Hard drive size isn't a huge deal, more concerned about graphics ability. I have googled it, but some benchmarks put the 3000 above the 9400m, while others are the opposite. In my PC days, I could simply run Can You Run It? on a game to compare both, but it doesn't seem to work on macs. :( Any help is appreciated!
I suppose and introduction is in order as well. I am Mr. Swiftywill, long time Windows user (still have a lumia 920 that needs to go for an iphone). Just stepping into Apple finally and starting to understand why people like them (except I can't play Dawn Of War on them) :(.
Also, if this is in the wrong area I apologize!
Cheers,
