I have a rather odd problem, suggestions needed.

I have a client, that has burnt a cd with a PowerPoint slide presentation on it, it reads fine on her IMac, she has brought the cd to 3 computers in our organization and when she tries to copy the PowerPoint presentation to the desktop of a windows 7 machine,the copy stalls at 27% on all three pcs. My question is shouldn't a cd burnt on a mac be able to be read by a pc, if the answer is yes, what else could the problem be?
