Found this list on buzzfeed. Usually these lists don't have anything I would want at any price, but this list has some good stuff.
27 Genius New Products You Had No Idea Existed
A solar tent that produces electricity, a pen that stores stuff on Evernote, a tiny camp stove/electricity generator, a wash bag for traveling, and my favorite, an elevator for your home that takes up about 4 square feet of space!
The small footprint lift is pricey, but if you live in a two story house or even a bungalow with a finished basement, and have limited mobility, it could be a lifesaver.
My sister recently installed a stair lift that cost her $13K. The lift in the buzzfeed article runs about $18K, but it can hold a wheelchair, a stair lift to accommodate a wheelchair would cost much more and take up a ton of space. If you're faced with moving because you can't climb stairs, the new place will cost more, add in the cost of moving etc and $18K would disappear pretty fast.
