Woman who lost iPhone mocks new owner's iCloud selfies
One year ago today, Danielle Bruckman lost her iPhone at a New Year's Eve bash in San Francisco.
She doesn't know how it went missing, what happened to it, or where it is exactly -- but she's become quite familiar with the man who owns it now, thanks to Apple's iCloud syncing service.
As it turns out, the man never turned off his phone's photo-syncing feature when he obtained it, leaving Bruckman with a copy of every picture he's taken over the past year in her own iCloud account.
You might think she'd be angry at the moustachioed stranger and try to seek him out, but Bruckman got creative instead.
In January, the San Francisco resident created 'My Cloud Pal,' a Tumblr blog documenting the photos that were coming into her account, complete with side-by-side shots of herself imitating the man's selfies.
