Move the six folders containing bookmarks to Favourites

How do I move the six folders containing bookmarks in a folder that shows, ‘Imported 20-6-16’, that’s showing in the Bookmarks sidebar for Safari, up to ‘Favourites’.

I’ve already tried this numerous times.
