This vintage 1978 Marantz 2226B stereo receiver is in beautiful condition, inside and out. The face plate is excellent, with no dings or loss of any lettering. All functions are in perfect working order. I just installed a complete set of brand new lamps, so you should never have to replace them again. Emails preferred to PMs. $250
This is one of the best sounding Marantz receivers in the 2200 class. Its gorgeous soft blue lighting and warm tube-like tone make this the one to have. As with all vintage Marantz receivers, the 29 watts per channel sounds like much, much more, especially compared to today's stereos. This thing is incredibly loud. The original retail price was $310, about $1,100 in today's money.
