Contract up at Telus, need upgrade to 5S, what are my options?

Hi everyone. I have an iPhone 4 on Telus and the contract is over so I can switch at any time.



However, I have a requirement for an unlocked phone because I'll be travelling in Europe in about a month.



I want to go to a 5S but Telus will not unlock it for 90 days. They refuse to waive that requirement.



So, if I bite the bullet and buy an unlocked iPhone 5S from Apple, what is the best non-contract carrier option? I can't do Wind because I travel a lot in the country and need coverage.



Any advice is appreciated.
