Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not Rogers has changed their terms?
I'm in the category of them needing to change their terms. I'm not a new or renewing my contract so I need for them to amend their terms.
I've no problem waiting until my contract is up next August, but the sooner I can switch to Telus, the better.
Rogers has been fine for me customer service wise and the service is ok, but I find my wife (and anyone else on Telus/Bell) has far superior coverage and call consistency than I seem to have. Doesn't seem to be just me either as friends on Rogers have complained about the same thing (in the Ottawa area).
I hope this doesn't turn into a provider bashing thread :)
Just hoping to get better coverage is all.
