On Black Friday, Adobe offered Creative Cloud membership for $9.99. Good deal I thought, so I signed up for it. They bill my credit card every month. All is well, I thought.
NO, all is NOT well.
I haven't actually used Photoshop because I was doing other things, but at that price, I wanted it available when I was ready to edit some photos.
So this morning, I fired up Photoshop and there was an error message telling me there's a problem with my account, so I go to my account page and it says I have a "free membership" and there's no payment information there. WTF! excuse my language.
Then I spend a looooong time trying to find a way to contact them. Finally deep in the website wasteland, I find a toll free number. It says to call 24 hours a day. It's about 6 am here as I write this. I just tried to call them and got robot guy telling me they are only available 8-5 pacific time monday to friday.
Now I have a question. How in h3!! do I get them to either stop billing me or give me access to what I paid for?
