What is Bing? And how do I get rid of it?

Just installed Screenflow, based on a tip in this old thread.



The software did the job I wanted, but somehow it has rearranged other things on my MacPro.



It has changed the way Mavericks launches Safari (no longer get the gallery of webpages when clicking + for a new tab.



Also has changed how Chrome works ... especially when I search google for other examples of an image. That brings up a Bing template, which really sucks compared to what I'm used to with Chrome.



Best I can understand, installing the Screenflow app is what changed my settings in both web browsers.



Also when I downloaded Screenflow, another app came piggybacked on the download: TuneUpmyMac. Don't know whether that has had any impact, but I'm annoyed it showed up uninvited.



Any suggestions on how to restore my functionality?



Do I need to uninstall Screenflow? Trash TuneUpmyMac?
