Odd that it's listing my Mac mini as early 2009
(when it's a 2007)

Mac mini 3.1
2 GHz intel Core 2 Duo
max memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA Geforce 9400 256 MB

Upgraded software OS X Lion 10.7.5

Could I install a newer OS X ?

El Capitan ?

Should I ?

My preferred browser is Chrome , which is no longer supported ( April 2016) for 10.7.5
Otherwise this Mac mini still works for me
