Does iTunes Match work over cellular for anyone on iOS 7?

I'm trying to use iTunes Match over 3G on Wind Mobile (unlimited data). Even though I have cellular turned on for the Music app, iTunes match will not show me my entire library if I'm not on WiFi. I can only play songs that were downloaded to the device or still in the cache from recently being streamed.



I used to use Match over 3G on iOS 6, I can't imagine that this feature was intentionally removed in iOS 7 :confused:
