installing deleted app every time I sync with iTunes

I have a new 5S. I did a backup of my iPhone 5 and restored the iPhone 5S to keep all my settings, apps, etc. Everything worked fine, except I deleted an app I do not want, and every time I turn on iTunes with the iphone connected, it installs this one app. How do I stop this? I do not see any settings for this. Everything is up to date, iTunes, OS X, iOS, etc.
