Regularly moving money between banks.

I'm trying to simplify the number of banks I deal with... and also stop dealing with one that, in my personal experience, is staffed by idiots.



Currently, I pay myself by moving money from my business account to my personal account to my ING chequing account. I'd like to move money from my business account to my ING chequing account directly.



However:

1) ING does not allow linking to business accounts, only personal accounts.

2) Email money transfers do not allow me to transfer enough for my monthly payroll (and have an extra charge associated with them.)



So aside from writing myself a cheque every month, what are my options?



What's motivating this, is that ideally I'd like to move my business account to another bank (my bank fees are too high plus I hate this bank) and close my personal account, using ING solely for personal chequing (I hate that bank, and ING offers me no fees and a few pennies in interest).



I have yet to hit on the perfect combination of business and personal accounts at any one bank (and frankly, my personal account solely exists to allow me to use ING) but I am stuck on figuring out how to actually pay myself.
