Prevent app nap

I have been using the option of preventing certain applications from napping. The check box was in the get info box. In El Capitan it appears to have been removed. This is causing me a real pain as I try and send newsletters through an email service.

Drive Genius 4

Just bought Drive Genius 4. Think I got a bargain - $40.00 (US, I assume). However, DG4 doesn't seem to repair permissions. It says dskutil did not recognize verb "repair Permissions"; type "dskutil" for a list.
Has anyone had the same problem? Were you able to fix it?
