Converter for PDF file from Kindle?

I called Amazon about getting text-to-speech on the Kindle for Mac and they said it couldn't be done, but if we could convert the PDF file to put it on the computer out of the kindle app, it might work then. They couldn't (weren't allowed) to give me the name of any converters for Mac so I am wondering if anyone here knows of any converter that can be downloaded which will convert a pdf from Kindle onto the Mac. Hope this is clear!

Hi fellow mac users - I have a fully built Mac Pro 5.1 that i'm still using but this year will be parting it out while I transition to the Mac studio. Few parts below from various mac laptops and the old Mac Pro 5.1 cpus. Hoping it will be useful to someone.

2009-2012 MacPro case only

Looking for an "EMPTY" MacPro Tower 2009-2012. Must not have any dents on it. Scratch is ok, but exposed rivet or crushed leg is a NO NO.

2015 MBP replace SSD possible?

I use a dandy, little third-party app called SSDReporter. My SSD rating has been steadily dropping. I'm now at 80% of new with a wear levelling count of 180.

As I live in a place with plenty of expert options, I'm thinking of getting my 1TB SATA (?) replaced with 2TB. Is this even possible?

If so, I'd appreciate knowing what kind of SSD my Mac has inside so I can buy a replacement. TIA!

2019 iMac: persistent image (ghosting) and using Quebec's legal warranty.

Hi everyone,
Who would have thought a 3400$ iMac, purchased in March 2019, would be barely useable after 3 years.
Specs are 21.5" iMac with3.2 Ghz Intel 17, 4 GB Vega 20 card, 16 GBs ram.
Just prior to updating to Ventura the screen started ghosting: desktop icons would show through Safari and text would be highly pixelated.
Hoping this was a possible software issue I upgraded to Ventura but to no avail.
Add to this the inability to view purchased iTunes content via the Apple TV app or...
