Odd error message

My sister has an iPhone... X or 11 or something... she sent me a screenshot asking if I knew why she was getting this error in iOS Mail.

It doesn't look like a typical iOS error graphic - the typography doesn't seem right.

I've done the reverse image search, etc., no luck.

Anyone recognize this?

Clearing Photos off IPhone 5

How do I clear the photos off my IPhone 5 without losing them entirely. They are on the ICloud .
I have searched and all I get is complicated responses and telling to be careful or you will delete them off the cloud and they are gone. One site has 27 answers and stats off with "The short answer is that you can't easily do this – at least not in any way that's practical for normal use."....and they are right, there is no definitive way.
Is there a simple way to delete them off the phone but...

Syncing all files from Mac to iPad Pro

What is the best way to sync all my Mac files to my iPad Pro without using iCloud Drive? I really don’t want to get into extra fees to use the Cloud for this. Is there any particular app that will do this? I am a paid user of SuperDuper but I don’t believe it has this capability.

Apple ID problem when trying to sign in

Morning all,
When setting up Apple ID in Catalina on my Mac mini, It asks for an iPhone passcode. I no longer have an iPhone and it has been removed from my list of devices. I’ll click use other device and get an enter password message on my iPad. After doing so I get the Waiting for approval spinning spokes on my Mac mini. Ten minutes and counting now. Am I missing a step?
