The urgency is that if I don't get an answer soon, I'm going to throw myself in front of a bus beejacon
My friend has an iPad mini. She likes it, but doesn't want or is unable (she's had serious health problems and does amazingly well considering) to retain instructions, so I do what needs to be done.
I want to let her iPad mini share my photostream. I set up a shared photostream and added some pictures to it. I turned on photo sharing on both iPads, but her I pad does not see it. My iPhone can see the shared photostream.
My iThings are on iOS 7, her's is still iOS 6 - is that the problem?
Both iPads are using the same wifi.
Have I missed a setting? Do I need to upgrade her to iOS 7? Given her struggles, I'd prefer to let her stay with the OS she's familiar with. Also she has a friend downstream that she helps.
And, I'm a bit steamed at Apple. I opened the settings app on her iPad and it automatically started downloading iOS 7. What's up with that? I haven't taped the install now button.
Please help.
