Wiping iPhone 6

I recently got a new iPhone 13 to replace my 6 that no longer accepts app upgrades and battery dies fast. I was thinking of wiping 6 and downloading as much of my old country music as possible onto it. I would then use it in my truck to listen to the music. Phone came from Telus after ordering online. I took the sim card from 6 and installed it in 13. Can I just go ahead and wipe the 6 back to factory settings now? Not sure what to do with iCloud. If iCloud drive is turned to Off on the 6...
