Ordered an iMac on Black Friday and received a $210 Apple Store Gift Card along with it. The iMac is now in the “preparing to ship”stage and the gift card is still in the “order in progress” stage. When does Apple actually email such gift cards? At the actual shipment of product purchased? I’d like to use that card ASAP and I don’t believe there’s any way of retrieving the card number beforehand, is there?
