IPad2 Video Camera works fine but not for FB Live

In Camera app, I can use either the front or back camera but when I go into FB to do a live post, only the front camera works so I can't see that I'm in the picture properly or where the on/off button is. When I tap to turn the camera 'around', the screen freezes as it seems to try to switch.

Anyone know how I can use the other camera on this device for FB Live?
