Anyone have Rogers Account for IPAD

My IPAD is no longer holding a charge and I was planning on cancelling my IPAD 5GB data plan. I checked online and they have a tab in my account;
"5GB Data Plan $35.00 /month Remove"
Is this how you cancel the service completely or do you need to call in. Thanks for any info, appreciate any info.
