How much work is it to make a clock on one web site embeddable on another web site?
The Alberta division of the Canadian Taxpayers Assoc. has the clock up and I would love to embed it on my site. It is located here:

They say they do not have any employee who knows how to do this and no budget to pursue hiring someone just to do this.
How difficult is it to write the code to do this? Any clock or weather widget I currently embed on my site looks pretty simple to me, but I am certainly not knowledgeable about this kind of thing.
Can anyone offer any insight on where I might start to try and get this done? Or is this something that would be very costly and not worth pursuing?
