Apple Now Offering "Last Compatible Version" of iOS Apps to Owners of Older iOS Devices

Apple is showing some love for owners of older iOS devices, as new compatibility features in the App Store will now offer a previous version of an app if the current one isn’t compatible with the firmware on your device.

This is very good news... though I'm preparing myself mentally for this feature to not extend to pre-iOS 4 devices, like my original iPod Touch...
