Way back in Sepember, my daughter dropped her brand newiPhone 5c (only a couple feet at that) and the screen shattered but was usable for awhile and then started getting glitchy. Since then, we switched her plan to her previous 4s. I've never had to deal with a broken screen and would like to get this fixed so she can use her "new" phone. What is typically the best way to get the screen replaced? Send it to Apple? Take it in to our local Bell outlet? Look for someone who fixes them on the side? Is it just the glass that is replaced or something else as well?
