Correct me if I'm wrong, but before iOS 9 and El Capitan, didn't syncing a device in iTunes automatically bring over the Apps updated on the Device to the iTunes library of Apps? Before syncing, I checked to make sure all my Apps on my Device were updated. I then went into iTunes library of Apps and saw there were 16 that needed updating. I then did a sync, thinking that would bring over the updated Apps from the Device, but it didn't. Am I all wrong on this?
