I still have a magic mouse at home and mostly trackpads in the office. El Capitan adds more gestures (different between pad and mouse) so at present confusion reigns!
Question: in mail we now have the 'side swipe' in the message column to mimick iOS behaviours; so far so good... However the magic mouse is too sensitive sideways and at times it is impossible to stabilise the movement long enough to get a left click.
There are no mouse settings which cover this and I couldn't find Mac mail settings either. Frankly would prefer to disable the feature altogether but cannot figure out how.
