Apple should be forced to bring iMessage to BlackBerry, CEO claims

I read this weeks ago and just kept the window open to remind myself to post this.

Wild.



This is the same company that sued KIK when they introduced a cross platform messenger that could be used by BB owners.



And KIK only came about when the the intern begged RIM to take BBM cross platform, and they refused. SO he started KIK,



You can hear bits of the story below in the 1st few minutes. The rest of the video is interesting as well in fact.







Now, although this is a different upper brass, the idea that RIM should force Apple to do anything is farcical. But the biggest joke is still BB demanding they make iMessage available to others.

RIM will be an amazing case study for yrs to come. It was sad watching it unravel though....
