Safari 7.1.2, change colour at the top?

The very top line in my Safari browser (File, Edit etc) has a blue background. Is there a way to change the colours just below there, where the icons, address bar and bookmarks are located? I'd like some contrast between the black text and the background colour of gray. Been looking for a solution but not finding one.
