Reading home-made HTML on an iPad?

I'd like to write some HTML code then have my iPad mini open the file with a browser like Safari ... without having Internet access.



Is that possible?



For example, I'd like to stick this (which I wrote a while ago) on my iPad and have it available wherever I go, without Internet:
