Haroon Mahmood - Need Suggestions for data transfer

Hi,

I am Haroon Mahmood. I am the new member of the Ecmac.ca. I brought I-phone 4s. I just want to know, how to transfer the data of my previous phone which is saved in memory card to my new I-phone 4s. Please let me know the procedure of data transfer from memory card to I-phone 4 s.
