Mail font size

After a recent upgrade to Yosemite (with latest updates) the font size in Mail is very small. Can't seem to find where I can change that. Have looked in Finder and Mail prefs but to no avail. Anyone have a suggestion?

Also, how can i change the screen resolution? Also found nothing in Finder or System Prefs.
