I've updated to 12.2.2.25 and 8.4.1 hoping things would resolve themselves but nope.
I like to connect phone to my mac to view which apps have updates. Two issues - one I don't show any apps and or I can't find the new location to view them. Under apps > my iPhone Apps nothing appears (except the screen remains the same "Apps apps you have downloaded...". They are still all on my iPhone and they are working fine.
Secondly, when I view my phone through iTunes and look under the Apps all the home screens are there on the right but the actual app column is empty (related issue I' sure).
Any and all ideas welcome.
