Quicken Cash Manager Replacement

I know that this has been discussed before, but I was just wondering if there is any new personal financial software that is as good or better than Quicken. I hate having to keep running a Windows machine for just this one piece of software. I would prefer something that is internet based, that is, platform independent. I know that Intuit has Mint, but I don't like the fact you have to give them your banking password. Even though they say they have bank level security, I used to work for a bank, and I know this contravenes their operating agreement and the bank would not likely stand behind you in case of a loss.

Any suggestions?
