Possible to buy iMovie at Apple store?

I'm working out of town, in a remote location in the Arctic with limited internet access.
I can't download any apps but would like to upgrade my iMovie program to the latest.
I'm wondering if Apple still sells a version on a disk or a thumb drive, (which I can get posted to me)..?
